Our kitchen presides over some stunning menu ideas and inspirational presentation and our daily changing menu provides both variation of choice and seasonality as well as locally sourced fish, shellfish and game. All expertly prepared under the watchful eye of Head Chef Gary Phillips.
Our kitchen is run with great passion by Gary and his team who all strive to offer perfection on the plate as well as paying particular attention to the flavours of all his dishes. The Kilcamb kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently under Gary's charge and continues to delight and excite our diners.
