WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR 

RESTAURANT/DUTY MANAGER

We are looking for a Restaurant/Duty Manager to complete our small team and assist with the daily running of the hotel and specifically the Restaurant and Front of House. The position requires someone with good people management and supervisory skills:

  • Sound experience in all aspects of the day to day hotel operations.
  • Good wine and food knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent experience in high level service.
  • Dynamic, friendly outgoing personality with a genuine customer care focus.

The position would suite  someone who has had an assistant managerial role and is now seeking to advance his/her career.

We are a small team operating a 10 bedroom luxury Country House Hotel in the Highlands. The area is 20 miles from Ft William but a car would be an asset for any candidate as the area is quite remote and quiet.  The job would suit anyone who enjoys outdoor pursuits. We have a 25 cover restaurant which has an excellent reputation for food and especially for high level service which is our ethos.  We are expanding our operation to include a brasserie restaurant after recent refurbishments. If a couple were to be interested, we are able to consider this with Part time work for the partner initially.

Salary £18,000 plus per annum  + Accommodation in newly referbished apartment with Kitchen/Lounge/en-suite Bedroom - On duty meals provided - 6 weeks holiday per annum.
