The position would suite someone who has had an assistant managerial role and is now seeking to advance his/her career.
We are a small team operating a 10 bedroom luxury Country House Hotel in the Highlands. The area is 20 miles from Ft William but a car would be an asset for any candidate as the area is quite remote and quiet. The job would suit anyone who enjoys outdoor pursuits. We have a 25 cover restaurant which has an excellent reputation for food and especially for high level service which is our ethos. We are expanding our operation to include a brasserie restaurant after recent refurbishments.
Salary £18,000 plus per annum + Accommodation in newly referbished apartment with Kitchen/Lounge/en-suite Bedroom - On duty meals provided - 6 weeks holiday per annum.
