A table will automatically be reserved for you in our restaurant, unless we are advised to the contrary.
Dinner is served from 7.30pm to 9.30pm daily.
We regret that Kilcamb Lodge Hotel & Restaurant is not able to cater for children aged under 10 years old.
Lunch is served from 12.30 to 2.00pm from Tuesday to Sunday

Reservation/Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Booking
We do not take a deposit from your credit card,
however a £75 pp cancellation fee will be deducted from your card
in the event of cancellation without prior notice of not less than 14 days.
In the event of cancellation being less than 14 days,
The full value of the booking will become immediately due.
Only if rooms are re-let will refunds will be given.
For our Christmas and Hogmanay packages
Deposits are £150 per person and non-refundable.
Required cancellation notice for Christmas and Hogmanay is 45 days.
In the event of cancellation without the required notice,
the balance of the full value of the booking will be deducted.
Only if rooms are re-let will refunds be given.
Block Bookings
(3 or more rooms)
A 50% deposit is required which is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
The full amount of the booking is due in the event of cancellation of not less than 28 days.
Only if rooms are re let will refunds be given.
Weddings and exclusive use
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking will be required at confirmation stage.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Our cancellation terms for weddings is 180 days (6 months) prior to the event.
Refunds will not be issued for any wedding cancellation where terms are not met.
We earnestly advise insurance to guard against loss in the event of cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated, all accounts are to be paid in full on departure.
The management reserves the right to charge your account for any items, which may have been
inadvertently omitted from your final bill.
Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of dogs in
your room will be charged for. Kilcamb Lodge is NO SMOKING throughout the hotel. Damage caused or
cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged for.
Rooms which cannot be let as a result of smoking will be charged for as tariff
to cover for additional cleaning and loss of revenue
