We do not take a deposit from your credit card but a credit card number is required in order to secure your booking. A confirmed booking constitutes a legal agreement between the customer and Kilcamb Lodge Hotel. We earnestly advise all guests to take out holiday or travel insurance in order to protect you against financial loss in the event of cancellation.

Our standard cancellation policy for non multiple bookings is 21 days.
A £75pp cancellation fee will be deducted from your card in the event of cancellation of less than 21 days. In the event of cancellation being less than 14 days, Up to the full value of the booking will become immediately due.
For bookings of 3 rooms or more where the party are arriving as a group whether booked under seperate names or under one name, a 50% deposit is required which is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
Accounts paid by credit card are subject to a 2% charge on the final amount. For accounts paid by debit card or cheque, no charges apply. Cheques must be accompanied by a valid bank card.
Deposits are £150 per person and non-refundable.
Required cancellation notice for Christmas and Hogmanay is 45 days.
In the event of cancellation without the required notice, the balance of the full value of the booking will be deducted.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking will be required at confirmation stage.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Our cancellation terms for weddings are 180 days (6 months) prior to the event.
Refunds will not be issued for any wedding cancellation where terms are not met.
Unless otherwise stated, all accounts are to be paid in full on departure. The management reserves the right to charge your account for any items, which may have been inadvertently omitted from your final bill.
Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of dogs in your room will be charged for.
Kilcamb Lodge is NO SMOKING throughout the hotel. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged for. Rooms, which cannot be let as a result of smoking, will be charged for as tariff to cover for additional cleaning and loss of revenue
We accept all major credit cards. Some charges may apply when paying by credit card.
All Bargain Breaks and Special Offers are only given to new bookings and cannot be offered retrospectively.
Very occasionally we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible and we will also offer suitable alternative accommodation or a full refund. We regret that in this eventuality we would not pay compensation or any reimbursement of expenses or costs you may incur as a result of such cancellation.
Updates are frequently made to our website and every effort is made to ensure that all the information published is correct.
