The local forests are currently awash with coppers, yellows and reds as the area prepares for the cooler months ahead. Gourmet Food & Whisky Weekend breaks in West Scotland

Classic car convoy delights Kilcamb Lodge guests
We recently welcomed a classic car group here to Kilcamb Lodge for a lovely lunch. The group were over from Holland, enjoying a wonderful tour of Scotland including an extended break at Kilcamb Lodge en-route. Some of the automobiles on display were real classics too; and we could not resist capturing a few photographs for your viewing pleasure. If the weather proved rather drizzly that afternoon, it certainly didn't seem to dampen the spirits of our Dutch friends, who enjoyed a welcome break before we bade them farewell and the best of luck with the rest of their tour.
