All guests who book on a half board basis are automatically reserved a table for dinner in this restaurant with an 8-course tasting menu, however, our much loved Driftwood Brasserie is available as well so you can always change venue to whichever restaurant you prefer.
Our Head Chef provides varied and exciting options to choose from. Our wonderful Seasonal À la carte menu offers diners a varied choice of starters, mains and desserts including some stylish and unusual dishes.

Driftwood Brasserie Dining
Informal, stylish and cosy...
Opened with great acclaim in March 2013, our Driftwood Brasserie adopts a less formal dining option whilst offering the same delicious menus as The Restaurant. The Brasserie is also open for lunch every day. Tables are wooden and simply laid and the atmosphere is very relaxed and informal. The Brasserie is decorated in calm and inviting "New England" style with painted wood panelling, comfy upholstered chairs and oak floors.
We can cater for special parties and gatherings in our Brasserie Restaurant which is also available for exclusive events - please call our reservations team for details.
