Meet Our Talented Head Chef - Mark Doherty

A Passion for Good Food

and a Reputation for Excellence!

Head Chef Mark Doherty has been at Kilcamb Lodge for several years, working alongside our previous Head Chef Gary Phillips.  Having been at the coal face of our operation for a long time working to the high standards our guests are used to we knew straight away that he would make a worthy successor, upholding our 3 AA Rosette standard and reputation for excellence.

He now leads our kitchen team, and will continue to develop exciting dishes and menus for our expanding and popular restaurants, while retaining many of the dishes that are much-loved and forever popular. This ensures the continuation of the excellent standards we are renowned for, while keeping our menus as fresh and innovative as ever.

The Kilcamb Way

Kilcamb cuisine is always singled out for special praise, from a simple breakfast to tempting à la carte options,  and our Tasting Menu with matching wine flights, which is an experience not to be missed!

The emphasis at Kilcamb Lodge is on all delivering important flavour and freshness with every dish, based on using as many local ingredients as possible, and it looks as beautiful as it tastes!
